Trijicon MRAD Precision Tree (FFP, Tenmile 4.5-30x56)
Drawn to scale from Trijicon’s own specification sheet, and checked
mark by mark by a person. This is the same geometry Harson Ballistics draws your holdover on.
Trijicon MRAD Precision Tree (FFP, Tenmile 4.5-30x56) — first focal plane, MRAD subtensions, 4.5–30×
Framed to about 12 MRAD — the part of the reticle you aim with. This reticle carries marks out to 16 MRAD; the rest sits beyond the edge of this drawing.
FFP. 0.03 mrad lines, 0.06 floating centre dot with a 0.1 mrad gap on each arm. Marks every 0.5 mrad, 0.2 tall at the half mils and 0.4 at the whole mils: horizontal +-12 (numerals 2-12 above the line), vertical +4 / -12; three 0.6 mrad posts from 12.5 to 16 (left, right, bottom). Hold tree on rows 1-12 mrad: 0.06 mrad dots every 0.2 mrad from 0.4 outward with a 0.1 mrad diamond at every whole mil; rows 1-2 end at +-2, rows 3-5 at +-3, rows 6-8 at +-4, rows 9-12 at +-6. Illuminated: crosshair, marks and rows 1-5 (drawn red on the sheet); rows 6-12 are not. Drawing compromise: diamonds drawn as 0.1 dots. The sheet's Detail A inset covers rows 6-12 in the printed view; they are in the PDF's vector data and the overview numbers them 1-12.
How this one was checked
Verified 15 Oct 2026 against Tenmile_MRAD_Precision_Tree_FFP_3000013.pdf read as vector fills. Scale 15.0 pt/mrad from the 0.5-mrad mark pitch (7.5 pt): 369 dots and 98 diamonds all on exact 0.2 / 1.0 multiples (row extents 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 6, 6, 6, 6), marks on the lattice; the 12 MRAD (last mark), 12.5 MRAD (post tip), 16 MRAD (post end), 2 / 4 MRAD (vertical) and 1 / 0.5 MRAD pitch dimension lines close at that scale. Drawn sizes agree with the callouts: marks 0.2 / 0.4 exactly, line 0.0297 (0.03 MRAD x2), posts 0.60 (3X 0.6 MRAD), gap 0.073 each side (4X 0.1 GAP). Dot (0.06) and diamond (0.1) sizes are the printed values; the artwork draws them 0.112 / 0.19.
